Some ideas about last terms project

So last terms project was a 2-D side scrolling shoot-em-up that i scripted in java. Having a think about the project and talking to other people about the demo that i created i have decided to change a few thing with the project, One of the main thing that i would like to accomplish with this change is first a full conversion of the script to C#. This will be accompanied by use of more industry standard scripting and programming techniques. As well as this I feel an evaluation of control schemes as well as implementing better graphics and a GUI to bring this project from being a tech demo to being a game.
